What We Do
Today transactions within the Real Estate Industry come in all shapes and sizes. The needs of clients have become as different as the homes they are buying and selling. At FNTS Group we recognized an unfulfilled need for change within our Industry. We acknowledged through hundreds of conversations with both Buyers and Sellers that different people required different services at different levels. Though our 17 years of industry experience our structure was created to educate our customers on each aspect of the industry; title, mortgage, and real estate. With emphasis on the For Sale by Owner client, we removed ourselves from “cookie cutter” conversations and created a place where we would listen to individual wants and goals, discuss options available to them, and customize a path with the specific services that achieved them.
Mortgage
Using a “Preferred Lender” as a Seller allows you to keep control of the transaction and process. A lender you trust ensures you know if a contract offer is qualified or a potential closing disaster.
This information assists you in making other key decisions such as escrow deposits or taking back-up offers during the process.
Real Estate
In today's market, not all properties require the same level of service on the part of the Realtor.
